Ideal System Company was founded in 1990 in Tehran with a staff number of 7 in a working area of 120 square meters, which has now expanded to a staff number of 39 and a working area of 560 square meters.
Since 1992 the company has been widely recognized as a leading player in Local area & Wide area Net working by the corporate and government sector of Iranian market and is now a member of Information High Council of Iran & Iranian Computer Companies Society.
The company is rendering its services within a frame work of four departments in four separate places in the city.

3. Sales & Marketing department.

Ideal system was primarily involved in programming for accounting and sales purposes of some prominent manufacturing companies and enterprises both in private and public sector. Such as :

3. Car Manufacturing companies .
4. Tehran Municipality .
However since 1992 we have expanded and are now also actively involved in hardware and networking projects such as LAN & WAN, designing security systems, distributing the network equipment, Installation and maintenance support for LAN & WAN and we also offer infra-structure and network security services, providing security & protection against security threats for our customers numbering over 5800 clients.

Profile of the Software department
The Company introduced its MIS into the market in 1993 after two years of efforts and since the entire software has been designed and implemented aiming at the customers independence and no-dependence to the producer company, they could take a vast share of the market due to their fully parametric and flexible structure.
During 1993 to 1994, Ideal System developed Napal Software, after making an investigation into the Iranian market and observing an urgent need to implement an integrated and relevant finance, administrative and business software. Napal software is a business total system which includes eight subsystems of purchase management, sales management, sales accounting, stock management, check control, production control, cost price and cash control. It is connected with other finance, personnel, salary, wage, raw materials stock and spare stock accounting systems and transfers all accounting documents to the financial central system.
The project to establish a comprehensive finance, administrative and business system was implemented for the first time in Iran by Ideal System.
During 1997 to 1999, the entire software products of the company were transferred into the WINDOWS environment under Paradox system and with respect to the expansion of using networks in the companies and organizations, the Company decided to re-implement software under SQL Server 2000 system.
NAPAL TITANIUM : the first and only web based ERP
( Enterprise Resource Planning ) software in Iran
After a large investments and spending three years (360 man/month) the entire software were designed and fuly implemented in a new framework. A framework the implementation of which required spending large amount of money; however, since the objective of the managers at Ideal System have been to implement systems based on software engineering system with long life and expansion ability, using the most recent software methodologies, technologies and instruments has been recognized as a vital requirement and for this reason, the set of Rational design Tools has been used in the implementation of the recent software of this Company.
Since all the entire software has been predicted to be used in the local networks to be used under Web environment, they are designed in multi Tier form and for this reason, it is possible to improve the software in the in-bound, out-bound and out of the country levels with respect to the customers needs .
The structure of the Software Department has been founded based on RUP methodology and the analysis, design, implementation, test and introducing the software have been in accordance with the object-oriented basis on UML basis. Since the RUP methodology is a customer oriented methods, Ideal System has the capability to customize its present software and/or introduce new software in the shortest time based on the new demands of the customers and technologic changes.
At present, the Company is investing on the new software projects in the country, some of which require working on modern technology; therefore, the R&D section of the company is now working on the new C# programming language and .Net environment and in a near future, the entire new products of the company will be implemented on the mentioned environments.
The experts and specialists of the company are 39 fixed personnel who work in seven departments of: management, sales engineering, software engineering (including the analysis, design, implementation and test departments), support department, finance-administrative department, hardware department and network. A large number of financial advisors as well as specialists in analysis and system design as well as industrial engineers cooperate with the Company per case of each new project.
The improvement of the Company in the last two years has been in a way that the number of personnel has increased 2.5 times and the administrative space of the Company- which is separated in three floors- increased three times.
In the recent years, the Company has been making large investments in implementing a standard system based on software principles and even in the advanced countries of the world implementing such technologies are economical only in large companies.
Collecting full tools and abilities in the software department for implementation of tailor made systems based on the purchasers order in the minimum time based on most recent technologies, standards, software methodologies and preparation of high potential Web Base financial, administrative and business is one of the other abilities that makes ideal system a leader in the market.
In the near future many new departments will be added to the company and most of them would be the computer telephony and security systems.
At present, more than 6400 governmental, manufacturing, commercial and state-owned organizations use the products of this Company.
